Redbird Circle Inc. has a mission to decolonize and Indigenize education and training opportunities for Indigenous peoples in Canada. Our approach is unique as it focuses on healing people and community first, before the skills training begins. As an Indigenous business with strategic post secondary institution partners like Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and University of Toronto, we are uniquely positioned to heal, educate, train and empower Indigenous peoples through culturally relevant education. Redbird staff and resources are dedicated towards supporting Indigenous people thrive in the fourth industrial revolution through upskilling and employment opportunities.
